Yoga and Spirituality

Yoga and meditation

In the evening, when it is cooler, yoga and meditation (also with singing bowls) take place on the roof terrace.

Sampath, our main yoga teacher, originally comes from an Ayurvedic background and discovered yoga many years ago. He completed his yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and is happy to accommodate all skill levels (from absolute beginners to advanced yoga instructors).

Since we have very small groups, it is easy for him to respond to each guest in a very individual and personal way.

All guests love his "Relax your mind, relax your body" and his calm manner.

Buddha Puja, Dhamma and the "Lemon Woman"

Twice a day, we hold Buddha Puja in our home or at the treatment center. It is a tribute to Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha and a ritual in the Buddhist world. You are welcome to participate.

Sriani is a Dhamma teacher and is happy to guide and answer all kinds of questions about Buddhism.

To energetically cleanse body, mind and soul we can have the "lemon ritual" performed. Please contact us and we will make an appointment with the “lemon woman.”

alms

We regularly donate a portion of our profits ourselves, inspiring our guests to participate in fundraising activities as well. So far, we've donated basic food, medicine, home renovations, and cash donations for schoolchildren from local families in need.

The whole family is happy to help with the organization.
