Payment terms
- All inquiries become firm bookings (maximum one year in advance) when at least 30% of the total travel price has been received in our account and confirmed by us in writing.
- 14 days before departure, we kindly request that you transfer the remaining 70% of the total travel price to our account.
- You transfer your payments to our Sri Lankan business account. International transfers incur fees, which vary from bank to bank. We contribute to these transfer fees up to a maximum of €10 per transfer. We therefore recommend making transfers via WISE.
Cancellation policy for services at Wasanawan Villa
- Up to 90 days before departure: free of charge
- Up to 30 days before departure: 30% fee on the total trip price
- Up to 14 days before departure: 50% fee on the total trip price
- Up to 5 days before departure: 75% fee on the total trip price
- For cancellations less than 5 days before departure: 95% fee on the total trip price
Cancellation policy for tours
- From the time of booking: we charge a fee of 20% on the tour price plus any hotel or other reservations already paid in advance by us.
- Up to 30 days before departure: 30% fee on the tour price plus any hotel or other reservations already paid in advance by us.
- Up to 14 days before departure: 50% fee on the tour price plus any hotel or other reservations already paid by us.
- Up to 5 days before departure: 75% fee on the tour price plus any hotel or other reservations already paid in advance by us.
- For cancellations less than 5 days before departure: 95% fee on the total trip price
Changes to services
- Changes to services at Wasanawan Villa (date/duration/scope) are free of charge up to 30 days before departure; otherwise, we charge a fee of 30% of the total travel price.
- For changes to tour bookings (date/duration/scope) after a firm booking, we charge 20% of the tour price plus any hotel or other reservations already paid by us, provided these are no longer included in the new plan or are included in a changed form.
- Up to 3 days before departure: If you are unable to travel and send a substitute, the rebooking is free of charge.
- Should you wish to rebook or not use services after the start of your trip, we are not obliged to provide a refund.
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation and travel health insurance.
